How We Manage

As our business is about effectively delivering a trained and capable work force each day, our primary internal controls are in support of that mission. It starts with making sure our candidates are screened, trained and compliant with our customers’ needs. We have HR systems for this component which also feeds into our government-required reporting.

Next, our controls are focused on staffing. We have internal processes for managing our labor call-offs, substitutes, etc. Then we focus on making sure someone shows up. We use telephone timekeeping to alert managers to a no-call/no-show. Every night these alerts and managed by our supervisors and coverage reported to our GM of Operations.
